Bubble Wrap or Equivalent

Has anyone seen bubble wrap (or similar inexpensive, light packing material) for sale in Chiang Mai? I have a duffel that I want to stuff with cushioning to protect the bag's contents en route to an international destination.

If you are shipping through the post office, they willl wrap it for you at the branch across from the M hotel on the Sunday walking street. In addition you could call a mover such as Chiang Mai Removals, and ask them to purchase some.

The Trade Suppliers in Ban Tawai also sell large rolls of Bubble Wrap--small size bubbles.

Also, if you have a lot of stuff for packaging and shipping--John Green at Thai Exports is always helpful.[in Ban Tawai]

Office Mate in Pantip Plaza has it, back in the far left corner of the shop. Small bubble type, but cheap and good. Don't expect anyone to know what you're talking about in there. English skills are near-non-existent. Good people, though.

Turn RIGHT at San Kamphaeng main crossroads (left goes into Umbrella Village and Bosang), 300m on the left, just past the government offices. CTS Packaging, large white warehouse.

Cheaper than post office or Chiang Mai plastics.

100m x 130cm roll around 650 baht. 100m x 100cm around 550 baht.
