Try contacting Bourbon Street. Its an American-ran place with lots of TVs showing all sorts of sports. They are a hotel and restaurant so I imagine they would be open early. But its more of a restaurant than a sports bar, you might be the only one in there at 5 am. If you are looking for more rowdy-type fan atmosphere, you should probably check out the pubs around sukhumvit 23 (soi cowboy) and nana. Edited October 2, 201312 yr by kblaze
October 3, 201312 yr There's an American bar on Soi Nana whose name escapes me. From Sukhumvit, it's on the left, a little past Hillary 2. He uses online feeds. Maybe he'll have mlb.tv, as I do.
