Was hoping someone may have a suggestion for the following situation I have and point me towards a good person to talk to in Petchabun .

My fiancée needs to take her 2 sons for a medical so we can get an intent to marry visa so she can migrate to Australia , the fathers family have the 2 boys in there care due to circumstances beyond my fiancés control ..... Bullying etc .

I want to talk to someone who could call them and explain legally that either they play nice and give us the boys so we can do this or my fiancée will begin proceedings to take the boys back into her custody .

would anyone know someone up that way they could hook us up with ??

I am prepared and in position to hop a flight with little notice and all help would e gratefully appreciated and rewarded with a cold beer or 2

Given the speed or lack of it with Thai courts you could be in for a long expensive drawn out scenario.

Court cases are best avoided.

In Thailand money is usually the best way to resolve issues.
