Driver pulled over to take the call......nothing wrong with that, unless he pulled over in the middle of the road.

Exactly joepattaya1961, the truck driver did what most countries legally demand you do, namely he pulled over and stopped before taking the phone call so why Patje is the truck driver instrumental in the accident in your view ? Maybe you are one of those ' idiots ' who continues driving while talking on the phone.....
