Phronesis
I want to get some poly tarps sewn up into large bags with with a zip in the top. They are for sporting equipment. Does anyone know of a shop in Phuket (preferably in Phuket Town) that can do this job. I don't want to use a sail maker as they are too expensive. Thanks in advance for any help. LivinginKata
No need for the sarcastic post - removed. I would try the place on Chaofa East opposite the big PTT gas station (Phuket Town), right side of the furniture shop. They make up awnings, so they will have the sewing machines for your job. Best I can suggest.

NamKangMan
To the mods - this is a serious suggestion. Would a body bag meet your requirements? They are made of similar material and probably a lot cheaper, and no need to draw up specifications and trying to source the long zippers. Just a thought.
