Is level 2 insurance(what I've got) enough do you guys think?

What is the difference between it and level 1?

If some arse runs into the back of me in a motorsai, then does a runner, would level one pay for the repair?

Level 1 pays for any repair, even if you reverse it into a flag pole yourself. :o

Would like to know what level two covers, and doesnt cover.

I think someone answered this for me in a previous thread. I guess Level 2 insurance covers fire and theft... at least that's what was said in the thread.

I was checking the details of one insurer and in case of theft it covers only 80% of the value of the car even if brand new. Is this standard here in bkk, or are there insurers that cover the whole purchase price value (perhaps with a small deductible) at least in the first year of a new car?

Level two does not cover any damage to your own car in the case that you hit something but will cover the other party damage. If someone hits you hopefully they will have insurance to cover your car damage, but odds aren't good. I have level 2 now due to the age of my car.
