Slr rain covers

While down at the Chinese Vegetarian Festival with my camera, I noticed many air of folks with rain covets for their cameras.

They were the same clear view type.

I was wondering if anyone knows where I could pick up one of these myself?

I've already asked in a few camera shops but they said they cant be found etc...
