A friend of mine would like once again to make an effort to let his Thai girlfriend come over to Belgium because her visa last year. On the basis that they have no steady income has in Thailand on her return and they regard this as they want to stay in Belgium and want to see if this marriage of convenience.

However, now he wants to marry her and then do a visa application for her again, what Visa?

What Visa will be best for her, based on tourist visa or on the basis of family reunification, there last year, but her tourist visa is refused if he sense of family reunification to he must of course possibly marriage he affects to overwrite in Thailand in Belgium
