Where can I find a short term apartment to rent?

Featured Replies

Is there a website or would it be a newspaper or something? I'd rent from a few days to a month or so

Almost all the local farang agents do rentals but you will probably end up being asked to pay way over the odds. For a few days or weeks you wont have much bargaining power.

All the local papers have small ads as does BahtSold and the ThaiVisa classifieds, though these ads are often placed by agents in disguise.

If you go to the lobby of most condo buildings you should be able to find out about possible rentals, and the larger buildings have shops dedicated to this.

Assuming you're not in Thailand - wait till you arrive, get the taxi to drop you anywhere in the Pattaya Tai, Pattaya Klang, Beach road to 3rd Road blocks. Look to your left, look to your right, and if you don't see about 3,000 signs saying "for rent", you're in the wrong country. thumbsup.gif
