October 29, 201312 yr Try this: 600 gms good quality 00 flour 6 good eggs. salt if you need it but not much-tiny bit of water if absolutely necessary. Combine lovingly, then knead until springy, then knead some more-about 10-15 minutes will give best result Roll into sheets the size that fits your dish-use a rolling pin/ unopended Singha beer Voila-freshest most delicious pasta you could imagine and its cheap. You can freeze what you dont use-it keeps well. can be made into lasagna, or spaghetti or any other pasta dish. happy cooking

Now was it? I don't have a pasta machine ,it really is the best way to make it and my arthritis in my hands hurts enough ,without using a rolling pin to aggravate it even more . But I'll have a Lao Dark beer thx! Singha gives me heartburn ,but that's just me ! For someone who always has advise this isn't the first time I've seen you post with the wrong prescription or diagnose !!! I know you were just trying to help ,but your advise is always so far off , you make me sick ! No Pain Intended ! ! Edited November 5, 201312 yr by metisdead Oversize font reset to normal.
