Changed email address, but subscribed forum not updated

I've changed my email address. In the control Panel I updated my email.

I have a forum I was already subcribed to (Classifed>Employment>Offering)

I'm still getting notifications to the old email address. After a few days I re-subscribed and now I'm geting two emails - to the old and the new email addresses.

I can't see where I can manage cancelling subscriptions, in order to remove the old email. I looked in the pinned Guide to ThaiVisa Emails, but that doesn't seem to match up will my control panel setup?
