I want to list my condo in a new thread.

But CAN'T Start New Topic cause it says You cannot start a new topic.

What's the deal?

Where do you want to start this new topic ?

If you are trying to post in the Free Classified topic you can't as that is a feed from the Classifieds website. Please use Classifieds and can find here - http://classifieds.thaivisa.com/

I believe it has been disabled as a new property classified site has been started - http://property.thaivisa.com/
