HotelQuickly (HQ) is the #1 mobile app for same-day hotel booking in Asia with great last-minute discounts. The company was set up by experienced international team comprising of serial entrepreneurs and investors. Offers are managed by hotels, enabling real-time capacity optimization. HQ launched across Asia in March 2013 with teams set up in Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Taiwan, Indonesia and Malaysia and has received some great initial attention by the press (e.g. TechCrunch (Link), The Next Web (Link), Tech in Asia (Link), or CBS News (Link)).

We are looking for iPhone / Android developers who could create an outstanding mobile application.

Personal Requirements:

  • Positive attitude, open minded.

  • Ability to learn new things quickly.

  • Running lean / agile development.

  • Demonstrates flexibility in work assignments and work hours.

Skills Required:

  • Working Experience in iPhone / Android Development.

  • Knowledge of JSON.

  • Strong in OOP concept.

  • Good knowledge of Objective - C programming language or Java respectively.

  • Database connectivity to the application server is a must.

  • Knowledge of integrating the social networking APIs.

  • Knowledge of location tracking.

  • Hands on experience in solving and debugging technical problems.

Experience:

  • 5+ native applications built on iPhone / Android. References are necessary.
