thailandbeachisland
Anybody knows the price ? Lazy to go there actually.
DavidMavec
I posted the other topic specifically for Bangkok. If you're in Chiang Mai, go to Rimping (the one near Airport definitely sells them). 49 baht a bag.

thailandbeachisland
Omega 3 rich flax seeds can do a lot of good to your body.
MK1
Macro Phuket has Flax seeds near the bakery / seed & nut isle.
chiang mai
Pretty much everywhere, the OP should try going into a shop to look! Makro, Rimping, Foodland, Tops, Central plus any number of health food/supplement shops.
CobraSnakeNecktie
a little flax is nice source of fiber but the source of omega 3 idea has been pretty well debunked. The conversion ratio is so low flax mostly just increases omega 6 levels. http://chriskresser.com/why-fish-stomps-flax-as-a-source-of-omega-
ChrisB87
Is omega 6 bad?
Jingthing
If you eat the flaxseeds uncrushed they will mostly just pass through so no point really. You need to smash them. Best to do it fresh daily. I use a mortar and pestle. You could grind a large amount and store (in fridge) but not as good as fresh.

I'll look into that. Frankly, I forgot why I started eat flaxseed in the first place! Does it have other benefits?

Chippen Dong
Any other seeds that can be useful to eat daily ? rolled oats (as in porridge) (german) from tops not expensive. good for the stomach. i eat them as is uncooked. not daily but in inter-spaced binges as with most else. sprinkled on a tin of tuna in brine (uncooked) also is a treat. try it before you discount it offhand. also roasted and straight pumpkin seeds from 7-11, they got sunflower seeds too.
