List of condominium in Bangkok allowing pets

Dear Thai visa Forum friends,

I am trying to compile a list of condominium in Bangkok and nearby provinces (Nonthaburi, Thanyaburi, Samut Prakarn etc.) which allow pets when residing there. Any information is highly appreciated.

Hi Cotrina, this would be very very useful as i have been looking to buy a condo in BKK which is pet friendly, just incase we need to visit BKK for a specialist vet for our dogs as we live in Phuket.

The vets here are excellent but do not have all the right equipment for certain check ups etc.. i understand older style condos in BKK will allow, new ones will not but some agents or owners will say

yes but unless i have it 100pct in writing and confirmed by the development i will not buy there. i understand The Fullerton on Sukhumvit near Thonglor/Ekamai may allow.... please keep us posted

I am 100% certain President Park on Sukhumvit 24 allow pets. I kept 2 cats while living there. They have a special recreation area setup in the common area for dogs.

Yes, this would be very useful cause I will know where I don't move. I'm bored enough to circumnavigate the dog and cat shit, and listen to barking and caterwaul. If some-one likes to keep zoo at home why doesn't move to house with own garden ?

A bunch of upcountry shitkickers moved into a place near me a while back, turned the place into an animal breeding farm.

They were warned, but chose to ignore the warning, result all their poxy yapping dogs were fed "special sausages"

Upcountry ban nork pikeys have since returned upcountry, where no doubt they will annoy their pikey neighbours and continue to transport these yapping mutts to Chatuchak every weekend.

Please educate me, what would you call pikeys who come from upcountry?

I called them, "Upcountry ban nork pikeys", because thats exactly what the were, pikeys from upcountry.

I never said all ban nork were upcountry pikeys, I was referring to the upcountry pikeys in my post.

Why do I think they were pikeys, because the stench of stale dog piss and fresh dog shit didnt seem to bother them.

They were warned on at least three occassions to stop it, such were their pikey ways they chose to ignore the warnings.

Thai soultion applied to Thai problem, a win win for the farang.

BTW, please inform me on this post or by PM of your address, the next time such a problem occurs I will be more than happy to send these pikeys in your direction, with yapping mutts in tow, gain big face and status with your neighbours.
