Popular Post aussiejon1604 Posted November 19, 2013 Popular Post Share Posted November 19, 2013 Well over the last couple of nights I have had my eyes opened to a couple of fights between bar girls. The first night the jealous monster raised its head and two girls went at over a farang before the farang himself found himself being attacked. Down he went like a sack of potatoes. Hair pulling, shirt tearing and the outwardly spoken aggression. It had everyone's attention. That was quite a scene but last night took the cake. Two girls took objection to each other because of from what I could gather, some half empty coke bottles left on a trolley near a table away from the bar. Things heated up and it became obvious that these two had some deep seated dislike of each because of the rapid eruption. Over the bar she went to attack her opponent. The usual handfuls of hair and the tug of war began. A couple of minutes and it was done. One though wasn't happy that she didn't gain the upper hand. Revenge was brewing. About ten minutes later back behind the bar she went. It didn't go down well and it was on again. This time the violence increased. Torn tops, tits out, and down went the one who should have clearly walk away. The other smashing glasses on her skull, and thumping the crap out of her. A couple of Thai guys, whom I though had come to separate them, where merely there to referee. It went on for a good couple of minutes without anyone stepping in to tear them apart. Finally the Thai guy steps in. What a mess. The girl who should have probably known better stood up battered and bruised. One eye swollen over and looking like she had the head of a beaten dog. I though by then it was time to go. She was clearly not taking no for an answer. I figured the next step was where the shooting begins. They both wanted to fight, so let them fight. No one was being attacked. They were fighting. Big difference. I definitely wouldn't do anything in Thailand anyway (unless friend or family) simply because it is too easy to take advantage of a foreigner here because there is no law protecting foreigners from Thais. That would be the blatant mentality of any attacker and allow them to do as they want. I'm a big fan of MMA and watch most of the UFC events. Last one I watched had a match with women fighting each other. I promptly hit fast-forward. Once I was at a bar and there was a fight between white and black girls. I wanted to jump in and broke them up, but I knew I will probably get hurt because I am a small girl and a lot smaller than them, so I didn't. I don't know somehow I expect the stronger men to jump in there and separate the fight.
