60 Extension of 2nd entry of tourist visa - care for daughter

Recommended Posts

I am currently on my 2nd entry of a tourist visa

Shortly I will need to visit Chang Wattana for an extension

..

I am currently in Thailand looking after my/our 5 month old daughter

I am living with the baby's mother in a condo rented in my namw, but we are not married

The babies birth certificate shows I am the father and the baby is in the family blue book

Can someone please tell me exactly what I need to do in order to get a 60 extension

What form needs to be filled out?

What documents must accompany the form

Which ones must be originals and what needs to be photo-copies?

Who must visit Chang Wattana

I know I have to go

Does the baby have to go? is this mandatory?

Does the babies mother have to go? is this mandatory?

Thanks indvance

You will need original and copies of birth certificate and house book. Copies of your passport photo page, visa, entry/permitted to stay stamp and TM6 departure card. Completed TM7 application form with attached photo.

You should have daughter with you.

You may not qualify for a sixty day extension a birth certificate does not confirm a legal relationship with the child unless you are married.

Immigration will accept birth certificate for 60 day extensions. Edited by ubonjoe
