Receiving an Australian aged pension in Thailand

Just wondering if there are any TV members that are receiving this monthly pension whilst living legally in Thailand and did they apply for it whilst still residing in Thailand or did they need to set this up back in Australia. I appreciate that there is certain criteria and means test to receive this pension and you also needed to pay tax in Australia for more than 15+ years etc. Thanks for any feedback ??
