Got 2 Seagate SATA HDDs plus one Seagate IDE HDD. Benchmarks show the SATA HDDs with a 2960 KB/s DTR while the IDE registers 45925 KB/s.

Something is definitely wrong. The chart shows the average DTR for SATAs should at least be 41000KB/s.

Have you tried timing a large file transfer to each of the drives to see if the software results match actual performance?
