someone told me that married expats with thai wife can work, without wp, on the

Sor Por Kor 4-01 land that belongs to their wife and do agriculture.

is that true ? does someones has any links from official websites / laws / regulations.

I don't think so. A lot of people do but it's not legal.

Point 1. Foreigners cannot have the occupation of farming.

Point 2. Foreigners have to have a WP to work.

Work requires a work pemit, that includes when helping the Thai wife in her own business/farm.
