Non Im B

Dear all

A quick question and thanks in advance for your help.

A colluge has a Non Immergrant b Multiple entry visa whihc is due to expire 2nd December, if he flies out say 27th November and comes back in before the expiry date will he get the extra 3 months making 12 months, 15 months.

I ask as i know this is what happens with o and o-a visas but wondered if kit alos happens with a B multiple.

Yes, he will get a new 90 day permisison to stay.

Any exit/return using a visa gets the visa allowed entry time.
