Does anyone out there know the procedures for being licensed in Thailand to practice medicine?

We are moving to Pattaya in July. My wife is a Dr in Russia and licensed there as a Dermatologyst and in pediatrics. Would like to have this as one of our options for her when we get to Pattaya if possible.

The Thai Medical Council does not exactly welcome foreign doctors! The main criteria to prevent foreigners working in the profession is the need to pass a test to show you have a very good knowledge of the thai language before they will issue a licence.
