Isp In Bkk?

Featured Replies

Hi there,

we have the following problem:

we have a customer located in Bangkok.

However we always have heavy line problems when connecting to his network remotely.

Unfortunately the technicans do not have a good nowledge about network.

However my company will send me to BKK to implement a new internet line and ensure that the remote access will work fine.

I would need your help to get an overview of all available isp's in Bangkok.

I'm looking for an ISP with a high performant line, which should be permanently available, and has no time limitations.

Do you have any experiences with an ISP and also know the costs of it?

Thanks :o ,

Jan

I have True ADSL both at home and in the office (which is less than a minute walk from my home and on the same exchange)

The office SME package from True is FAR better than my home package, both in stability and speed (even though my home package is 2.5meg and my office is only 2meg) I ALWAYS get the 2meg full speed with SME but rarely does this happen with my home one

I really recommend True SME package.

I would also recommend the 2Mb SME package from True. It's been very stable as of late. The contention ratio is 20:1, but is probably a lot lower than that as very few people are using it. To be able to use it, however, you must have a business telephone line.
