Fuji restaurant in Seacon Squere - groundfloor is closing

What we did not expect, after eating there almost every sunday, is that we got a very nasty surprise.

Meal was almost finished and we got our fruit.

And what was hidding under one of the small pieces of fruit ? A rat dropping !!!

First I tought it was a papaya seed.

I took it off and rubbed it on a tissue.

Brown matter came off it when rubbed. Normal. Took a small to be sure (was there with family & kids).

Smell shit !!!

Called the manager and my wife talked about this, showed it and asked to smell.

What was his reply ? SOLLY

I do not tend to leave it this way, this is sickening & dangerous !

In the US, I would sue their asses off, but here in Thailand, what is realistic ?

A sorry for a possible very dangerous food contamination does not buy me a thing if me or my relatives are in the hospital.

It is the last day that they are open on ground floor. Is the personell being fired and is this how they want to thank the customers ?

More likely gecko droppings, though that's no consolation
