A lot about this is weird, not the least of which is the "ladyboy" sibling who, the story says, broke free and escaped. That seems to be the last we hear of this person. We later learn that an "acquaintance" showed-up to negotiate her release. So the sibling just tottered off and went somewhere else? Leaves sister in the clutches of a maniac That's it? Oh, and the whole phone thing. I would say this narrative is missing a few pages
