December 10, 201312 yr Can someone recommend a postal delivery service in CM that can get a letter to BKK on the same day? I'm not even sure it can be done. Thanks.
December 10, 201312 yr You will need to use a courier service, such as FedEx. If you have someone in BKK to deliver it for you, you can use a bus company to send it to BKK and have it picked up there.
December 10, 201312 yr You can also manually drop off your stuff at THAI Cargo if the person who you are sending the stuff to can pick up at Suvarnabhumi. Also, there's this courier called Por-Lor. Not sure if they could do same day but worth looking into. (They have a branch at KSK)
December 10, 201312 yr Check Bangkok Air I send "stuff" from Bkk-Samui-Bkk almost daily. very cheap last shipment 486 baht for 23 Kg, arrived in less than 2 hours..
December 11, 201312 yr Pretty sure EMS at the post office now offers a same day service within Thailand. Sent from my GT-I9300T using Thaivisa Connect Thailand mobile app
December 12, 201312 yr Pretty sure EMS at the post office now offers a same day service within Thailand. Sent from my GT-I9300T using Thaivisa Connect Thailand mobile app I hadn't heard that this is available now, but I would not count on it with anything important. Too many things can happen. For example Lak Si (main post office in BKK) was closed one day last week during the protests, last time when protests were violent they were closed 3 days. Also sometimes the truck does not make it to Lamphun main mail center for one reason or another. I sent a document EMS from the P.O. at the C.M. Airport to the Hillside building on Huay Kaew in March of this year. It took 5 days to get there! It went to the Lamphun mail center and was delayed coming back to C.M.
December 12, 201312 yr You can send parcels any size to BK for 200 baht. From Intra Tour next to Zion Coffee House close to Pantip Plaza. (next day delivery)
