Hi Folks.

Just wondered what the state of the roads are in between Surat & Hua Hin.

Did the trip end of October, found they were cr#p. Apart from a few odd kms of replaced surface, they were mainly potholed, with most people driving in the outside lane to try to avoid the worse.

After the recent monsoon rains and flooding have they got worse?

Would be better to take the old pickup rather than the car?

Been travelling that road for many years and it doesn't get any better.

Nope, pickup and right hand lane all the way

Nah use a Car with Real Suspension and use the inside lane.. Still an Awfull road though.Hell in a Bouncing Truck.
