Can't say I'm surprised but I cannot get it to work after an hour of trying, always a fault or cannot contact to server. No problems with any other site, has anyone ever got it to work? Smooth as silk, more like smooth as sandpaper.

Can you view (check) your booking?

I've used once or twice, for domestic flights. and it worked fine for me.

tried another computer this morning still not working, even Indian airlines can get this stuff to work, TG just can't be bothered it seems, just like they find answering the phone or emails a bit advanced for them. Only going with them as they were the cheapest, cheapest service too!

View Booking by Reservation Code

on the Check Booking link.

I suspect you're using the wrong PNR, maybe mixing up an "I" and a "1", or an "O" and a "0", but this is just a guess as you're proving little/no details.

TG changed their res/tkt system lately. If your tkt was issued pre-change, you might got a new PNR. If you cannot see it in your reservation, call TG and ask for it.
