Suggestions for a dining venues w a seaview?

If willing to go more south, Ban Pae has some of the most relaxing, palm tree lined, restaurants on the beach. I know one with wood-fired pizzas, steaks, seafood, etc. owned by an American and his Thai wife.

I would like more information on the buffet at the Hilton. I checked their website and I didn't see any info on the buffet. What restaurant has the buffet and what time does it start?

Cabbage is tucked away at prathumaj, nice but not so easily accessible
