Some stuff is being supplied by Dell. I've worked with them before and am happy with their on-site service and so on. We're looking at getting a bunch of Lenovo portables (Helix Thinkpads) and I was wondering if anybody has any experience with their after-sales support? But in our firm, we've decided that rather than hire an external company, we hired an in-house IT guy to handle all this.
