Popular Post Publicus
Actively and militantly opposing a legitimately scheduled election by force and intimidation while systematically and publicly advocating an extra constitutional coup d'état is the antithesis of democracy. It is incipient fascism.
meechai
Some of you just don't get it do you.....It isn't that Suthep doesn't want an election at all Actually I think it is you that do not "get it" If the majority choose a side in an election that is that...regardless of who that person may be related to....till the next election. Suthep does not want an election except one he is guaranteed to win period. That is not an election They have not won one since 1992. It is themselves & their platform they need to look at. Not throw a tantrum & demand to insert who they please. That is not how it works anywhere in the free world Free starts with freedom to choose who will represent you & your country It is this most important of all freedoms that Suthep seeks to deny the Thai citizenry of
Spare
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-25489702 On Sunday, Ms Yingluck told reporters that elections must take place, and urged protesters to express their views at the ballot box. She said: "If we don't hold on to the democratic system, what should we hold on to?" "If you don't accept this government, please accept the system," Ms Yingluck added. Her skin so thick. Didn't she understand that the "People" don't want the current system which is "Created by Thaksin for Thaksin" to ensure Thaksin wins every time. The "People" want to changeit to a 100% fair and 100% corruption free system thought up by the "People" as presented by our Supreme Secretary General Suthep. This new system will select good clean fair people from ALL walks of life, including but not limited to: Professors, Doctors, Lawyer, CEO, Businessmen, Investors, Judges, Actors, Homemakers, etc. Actually this is a good point. Only someone as corrupt as Suthep can determine who is corrupt. He won't select any of his corrupt associates and go out and interview the public to find good clean people that are so foreign to him. At least there will be no politicians in this group. It takes Diamond to cut Diamond.
gerry1011
Some of you just don't get it do you....The problem is the square faced fugitive Thaksin. Suthep wants the Shin regime ended. If Thaksin and his sister, his other sister, his brother in law etc. are all still where they are now, then it is another rigged election they can't lose and what is the point ? Thaksin's brown nosers have been banned for electoral fraud 3 times in the past and the entire government is made up of Thaksin's cronies who have lied and cheated for years to be where they are and would continue to do so in order to further inflate their bank balances at the expense of the rest of the Thai people. When Thaksin and the rest of the cronies are out, then there is a slim chance there may be a possibility of getting a fair election result...It isn't that Suthep doesn't want an election at all - he wants an election to be fair and not rigged by the Shin gang. There can never be a fair election when the Shin's are involved as demonstrated by the 3 electoral fraud bans of recent years... Oh thanks a lot, really !!! I am afraid I also did not get it. Thanks again for making it clear what the problem is. But the problem is that there is also another problem... Some of you just don't get it, do you? What the majority wants is Thaksin and the PT to lead the country... that's why they win all the elections Sent from my HTC One using Thaivisa Connect Thailand mobile app
