Vientiane Thai Consulate Closed on 2nd and 3rd January 2013 ?

Hello,

Any idea if the Thai consultate in Vientiane will be closed Thursday 2nd and Friday 3rd ?

Some years they take vacation as substitution when New year in on week end, but this year should be ok ?

I would be assuming that if it was then it is now immaterial as to the question Vientiane Thai consulate closed on 2nd & 3rd January 2014 ? sorry can't help you havent a bloody clue !
