Popular Post pinkpanther99
I had a quick look over old posts and couldn't find anything similar, so how about creating a thread for all the cat lovers out there? Share images of your much loved cats, cat meme's, funny cat videos, cat stories and anything else cat related. I'll kick things off. Here is my cat, Lucky, about 7 months old. We got him when he was a very young kitten after he was rescued from inside a friends car engine after hiding in there from a pack of Soi dogs. He's very affectionate, has lovely big blue eyes and eats just about anything!

Popular Post OmegaRacer
No dogs please! :-) I adore cats. Couldn't have enough around. At one point I hat 9 of them. Sadly, some disappeared and some I had to give away (wife's orders). Now left with 2. Trissy in the picture.

Popular Post maximillian
When I came to Thailand I promised to myself NOT to have any pets in my house. Had lost a long beloved cat back home just before coming to Thailand. Another reason was the hygiene aspect. Then a friend of my wife asked if we can take care for her little kitten while she is trying to find another accommodation. To make long story short, we have kept the three kitten. Another person brought another irrestistable kitten to us. Then we adopted a most beautiful Siamese tom cat kitten. One year later a girly siamese from the same cat mum. All three from the first litter and the white adopted cat died or got lost. Only the two Siamese left. Then another one was adopted from an animal shelter, and another one. Another was given to us from a restaurant. Just cannot say no when it comes to cats but one must be careful 'cause not all our neighbours are happy about them. If we had a home on a large lot we certaily had dogs, guinea pigs, geese and chicken besides the cats.

Popular Post BrooklynNY
I'm a dog person but I ended up becoming a cat rescuer. I currently have 5 cats in my care. There are two cats actually are my house pets and I foster the other three cats waiting to be placed for adoption. I used to do TNR (Trap, neuter and release) feral cats in my neighborhood. I would bring in cats to temporary care for during post surgery and the total of rescued and TNR cats are about 40 cats. I am not a hoarder and I don't like keeping too many cats. Some of the cats I rescued are not adoptable because they are semi feral like the situation I am in now that having one unadoptable because she is scared of human. The two cats together in pictures both are male, they got along very well. The white one was sent to live in Germany four years ago and the black one is still with me in NY. He loves playing catch with clump paper. The black long-haired (picture him sitting at window) has a very nice personality. Notice that his left ear clipped to identify that is a rescued cats so that vet doctor does not have to do surgery. The other black long-haired cat is also a rescued cat. I rescued him when he was three months old. He is to be placed for adoption. He is semi feral but has a friendly personality like the other long-haired cat. I throw in some pictures of rescued cats in the past. Pictures of cats I rescued in NY and in Bangkok last years trip. By the way, I keep my apartment clean. I clean two cat litter pans twice daily morning and evening. Edited December 30, 2013 by BrooklynNY

They can sure use financial support, based on my observations when I visited their home last weekend. They seem to have spared no expense in providing excellent care for each and every cat--from bottle-feeding premature kittens and hand-feeding disabled cats, to veterinary care and ample space and distractions for all. Most of the cats roam freely within the confines of the house and yard most of the time. They have individual food bowls and litter trays--both of which are tended to twice daily. Lots of work--lots of expenses--for Sandra and Paul--two loving souls who selflessly devote their lives to caring for strays and placing them in loving homes. Thanks, OR.
