I would recommend the place on the corner of beach road /Pattaya tai/walking street - its a branch of world gems I think. I have bought 4 different items from them & had repairs and cleaning done free. They make & repair jewllery onsite and are very polite , good English

I believe Bangkok would give you A better deal.I'm 100% certain if your buying Gold.Chinatown,yaraphat rd.About diamonds and other gems I'm not sure.

You looking for gold or custom jewelry . I have bought a lot of diamonds from an American guy here that owned a large cutting factory. He has some great high end stuff & uses his own goldsmith for setting. All sones with Ceres from GIA. As I said more high end but quality stones & workmanship. If u want his number pm me.
