PATTAYA:--On Tuesday afternoon at Banglamung Police Station, Police Major General Katcha, the Provincial Police Commander, led a press conference to announce the arrest of 6 suspected gang members who are thought to have been involved in the serious assault of two 15 year old boys in front of a Whisky Shop in the early hours of Monday in East Pattaya.

The 6 arrestees are aged between 16 and 19 and the General announced that 10 other gang members are outstanding and are expected to be arrested soon.
The arrestees confirmed that the attack was in revenge for an earlier attack on them by the victims gang in what was described as a territorial dispute. The revenge attack was planned in conjunction with another gang who agreed to help in attacking the two 15 year old boys who remain in a serious condition in Hospital.
