Bridge loan auction for rice scheme met with no-show by banks

Simple solution....

Have all the Government Officials who stole the rice money fork it up. And then send them ALL to prison.

Not enough prisons I'm afraid.

They are Government Officials, they only need to make a few of the 4 star hotels into prisons like they did that hospital wing in Chonburi.

This will help solve the hotel's occupancy problems too.

Narrative (my brackets):

The government once announced that the sale of stockpiled rice would be done under a G2G (government to government) arrangement via a Chinese company called GSSG Import & Export Corporation, whose sole appointed agent in Thailand is Mr. Natthanit Sojirakul, a.k.a. 'Palm' who is the personal assistant of Udonthani MP Rapheephan Phongrueangrong, wife of red shirt leader Arisman Phongrueangrong.

Mr. Natthanit then in turn issued a letter formally appointing as his representative Mr. Nimol Rakdee, a.k.a. Joe, who is the right hand man of Sia Piang.

It was Mr. Nimol Rakdee's job to purchase rice from the government under the G2G scheme via the Department of Foreign Trade. Sia Piang then takes the rice which was sold at a price below market rates due to the fact that there was no public auction as per G2G regulations, and sells them to the rice mills at market rates.

The government loses money once because Sia Piang pockets the difference between the G2G price and the market rates. The rice mills then sell the rice back to the government, causing the government to lose money twice because the government is obliged to buy the rice at 40% above the market rate.

It is probably not negligence or coincidence that causes the government loses money in this way. More likely because Sia Piang (circled) is a close associate of Thaksin.

Selling the rice under a G2G scheme (to avoid a public tender) is actually a scheme to sell the rice to corporations belonging to people close to Thaksin Shinawatra.

And don't forget, the money that was lost two-fold in this way is none other than our very own tax money.

Wow this only makes it more clear it was corruption all the way. YL who chaired it should hang "figuratively speaking" they should all go to jail for corruption as now it is proven it was not just stupidity from Taksin but also corruption that stole from the farmers.

So there you have it the PTP stole from the farmers.

This should be big news and on every TV station in Thailand. If they can really back this up it should mean jailtime and of course impounding of money. I wonder what the reds have to say to defend this. God red supporters must be suckers for punishment more and more bad news comes out every day about corruption and people resisting the Taksin tyranny.

Going to share this link to some Thai friends who can share on. The more that know the less chance dear Poo can wiggle out of this one.

Not only have they effectively stolen the rice of the farmers who have yet to be paid, they've stolen from the pockets of every single taxpayer in the country, whether that's a farmer, a salaried office worker, a business owner, or anyone who has ever paid VAT by shopping at 7-11 Thai or foreign.

Of course that was clear to me, but all those red supporters don't care about those others they steal from. They care about the farmers and now its clear that the reason farmers are killing themselves is not because the EC or Suthep stopped the program but because of the PTP stealing from them. This should be on every channel on the TV and serve as a wake up call to how evil the Shin clan is. Causing deaths and trying to blame others.

Long before you posted this I already posted something about what if ... not only are the G2G contacts fake but the rice is sold low and entered in the program again. At that point i just suspected it, now I really hope they can make this case.

If so it is one of the most shameful deeds ever by this government. I wonder why none of the red cheerleaders touch this clip and subject. They avoid it like the plague.. must be real then.
