Have you tried searching for an MC22 (or MC19 if you want a slightly older model)?

Wasn't the "MC" prefix for NSR 2 stroke type Honda's

I could be wrong but I thought that is what I remembered?

Whereas I think ez is looking for the 4 stroke 4 cylinder bikes

Edit: Oh wait your right & I see on wiki that they also had MC 4 strokes in

MC14, MC17, MC19, MC22

heheh pretty confusing as MC11,MC18, MC21,MC28 seems to have been the 2 stroke NSR's

Cheers mate, they are great bikes

Yes agree...They had some great bikes during that period

When they built 250-400cc 4 cylinder

The smokers were great back then as well. I remember riding my mates NSR250 when I was a teenager. It seemed harder to keep the front wheel on the ground than lift it. I can remember thinking 'How good will a 250 be in 10 years time?'

20 years later I'm looking at the current crop of 250cc bikes and their power output is rubbish in comparison. Can you imagine if your old Atari ST or Commodore 64 was more powerful than your current laptop? Questions would be asked, and rightly so.

Nope, but I might now smile.png

May go for a 4 stroke 400, but read a lot of horror stories...... any more input?

Great bikes, bullet proof. But sadly, not Thai proof so be prepared to get a proper mechanic if needed to undo all the Thai botching.
