Login to your router. If it's a Belkin it's likely http://192.168.21 then follow the intuitive interactive menu and change the name.

If it's not a Belkin google for the admin address of your router's brand.

Failing that call True Broadband and ask them.

As an internet user you need to make yourself familiar with your router.

You can also make your wifi invisible, usable by only those who have the name and password.
