I received an invoice from 3BB that includes an outstanding balance.

I disagree and have receipts of all on time previous payments.

My question is, where in Phuket can I resolve this?

Prabaramee, south side, half way between the Wat and Third Road. Heading east on Prabaramee, look for the big Patong Loft Condominium sign on your right. 3BB is about 20 meters west of there.

Edit: Sorry, I read your location as Patong - where in Phuket are you?

There are various 3BB offices around Phuket. Find your nearest one and go speak to them.

It might be that the invoice you just received has not been updated with your previous payment, depends on how late you were when making payment.

I am in Nai Harn. Prefer not to go to Patong, if possible.

I saw maps of some 3BB locations, but mostly in Thai and hard for me to understand the actual location.

So a 3BB shop in Chalong either on Choah Fah west or east road would be helpful.

Thanks for information

Also in Karon, just before the temple on the other side of the street.

Also a note to all who pay / query at the Main Tesco Lotus 3BB in Samkong. They have closed their stall in front of Kasikorn bank and are moving upstairs. They do not seem to be open yet so best to go to Central for now.
