You may have to veture out a little bit, Tonys Gym on 3rd Rd has a supplement shop near by I would assume more expensive than mail order, however if you want it quickly! Jomtien Sai 2, near the market theres a Pharmacy with a good selection of supplements, price not so bad either also the outdoor Gym near the Aussie Bar, more expensive again. Mail order from Phuket is a good deal, the company is trustworthy and stocks some good supplements. EMS postage from Phuket takes only 1 day . . . .

I went with fitwhey.com. I think the Phuket one isnt so cheap with postage added, may be wrong about that. The shop in soi bakhao doent have any, maybe they are closing down, hardly any stock at all, thats the one near action st, maybe theres another?

Also can anybody give an idea about alcohol usage and creatine? I have read not to mix the two. If I have three drinks in one night, three times a week, will I be okay?
