maybe if they didnt continually use their phones while riding /driving they might speed up a bit. At least when they over take on blind corners going over double lines they go reasonably fast as they do when overtaking on your side of the road flashing their headlights so they think they have right of way and you must pull off the road so they do not have to slow down, ah yes, the thais are such great drivers
