Legit Business or Fraud? - Anyone Done Business with Krit from BBQThailand.com

It seems to me that this business is just a front/fraud as I only have email and phone calls to go by, but after months of emails and calls still the guy doesn't know what he has/what he is selling or how much it costs, ah Thailand...

Anyways, has anyone ever done business with this person and/or company:

What he claims as his company documents are attached.

I'm asking as I don't want to be yet another sucker to send money to a Thai bank account only to get nothing and at this point I just looking for some help/advice.

And, for information, the company certificate is reproduced in the company website linked in the OP.

Edit: The "How to Order" section on that website which had a copy of the Company Certificate seems to have now been deleted.
