Best place to get discount clothes in Bangkok and Pattaya?

Hi! Where's the best discount clothing? Think decent quality or designer brands but not at mall prices. Something like a Ross.

Bangkok and Pattaya is where I'm at.

Thanks :)

Decent quality doesn't exist here AFAIK except at extortionate prices at high-end malls.

VERY cheap clothing is of corresponding poor quality.

Except secondhand at JJ market, broke backpackers having sold off their western stuff for peanuts. . .

The SAHA Group

Saha Pathanapibul PLC was the origin of the Saha Group, establishing the company as Thailand’s leading importer and distributor of consumer goods. Based on the success of the company as a distributor, Saha Group expanded to become a leading manufacturer of consumer goods, while forming a number of joint ventures with leading international companies.

Today, the Saha Group has grown into one of Thailand’s largest business conglomerates, with over 200 subsidiary companies offering more than 30,000 products marketed under 1000 recognized brand names to both Thai and international markets. Most products sold by the Saha Group are manufactured at one of the group’s 3 industrial park facilities located at the following locations: Sahapat Sri Racha Industrial Park in Chonburi, Sahapat Kabinburi Industrial Park, and the Sahapat Lampoon Industrial Park These three modern facilities cover over 2,470 acres of land, and today the Saha group is proud to employ over 100,000 people nationwide.

The above company has sales. Avoid sour faced Farang and ask Thais in your area when and where the sales are.

Thais call it Sa Ha Pat.
