Quiet obvious the guy with the Blue single top took the bag and the guy with the red shirt appears to be his friend but he is only talking on the phone so he's not guilty.

I wouldn't want to say I know them as I could be accused as an accomplice. I would like to say what nationally they are but that could be against forum rule's.

Need to know of tattoos birth marks that give them away

As they can change their hair and stuff change their clothes but tattoos and scars are harder

Also I reckon they are still on the island as they would not want to leave as they probably know the place well

So now we have foreigner petty criminals

If they have any marks on their face then there should be a record of them at immigration

Thanks to the OP for a really useful post; let's hope something useful can come out from all us seeing this post, if only keeping an eye out for bag thieves when we see that bags have been put on the back of chairs.

Yes when in a Restaurnr close to a road if see a potential victim then that could be the best time to watch it

I worry that this is just one of there type of schemes

If they have seen that CCTV then they are probably lying low for a while or as allot of victims they might be arrogant

The only problems is that there is not enough evidence from that CCTV as the face shots are not clear enough

Looks like the people from sukhumvit soi 3 are finally moving around yet they have bee aloud to be there and act freely

The guy with the red shirt is just as guilty... if you look carefully you can see he helps to move the bag further to the edge of the chair so as to make it easier to 'lift'. They are obviously working together... the phone user also being a distraction. B*sta*ds!

They should be forced into Slave labor and the money made should be paid to the people they stole from

If they have stole something of sentimental value which is priceless then the victims should be able to decide the out come

Jail, money or both

If they have to work slave labour then they shall also have to pay for the expenses that went into catching them as well

A business could be that a company loans the money to the crooks but then the crooks become the property of the company

Maybe some sewage company or something

If I was a victims I would want to be able to give them a proper hiding and I want my money back plus profit

Each victims should be allowed to give the theifs a beating
