I realize they have the same problems common to all ISPs in Thailand. Has anyone had any major problems with TOT? About 39 True hostages in my building would appreciate your help. penzman Posted May 28, 2006 Share Posted May 28, 2006 They mostly all have decent service to some degree but here your service will depend on more factors than you'd meet in western countries, bad line etc. When you subscribe, it's a bit like russian roulette.
