No wonder you are having trouble with your builder(s) I would suggest that you hire a translator who can speak your native language and have them talk to your builder(s)

As an exercise, enter "money exchange box", "money exchange kiosk" and "money exchange booth" into Google image search. Of course people can figure out what you mean but it doesn't hurt to use the correct words as suggested by LM.
