Thailand bank's prepaid credit card?

Hi all,

Do Thailand's bank offer a prepaid credit card?

I'm not feeling comfortable giving my main card's CVC number in a .pdf form (I'm buying stuff online from US and they do not accept paypal)

AFAIK not.

Not quite sure about the term "prepaid" but some banks are granting their customers with a credit card on the condition that they leave the equivalent amount to their credit limit on a fixed account, blocked until, either the credit card is returned or, when it has expired

Of course one has to pay their due every month as the money cannot be withdrawn from the fixed account
