It doesn't need to be fancy but it has to have a western style toilet. Looking for a monthly rental, so no long term contracts. Just monthly pay. I was thinking between 6000 - 8000 THB a month. I prefer in a quiet or residential area. Not near bars or discos please, i like to sleep well at night. maybe around naklua or 3rd road and further?
