went to a mates place for a bbq the other night and he had purchased a kamodo joe kettle bbq, couldnt believe how good all the meat turned out. The bbq is all ceramic with a metal stand and uses charcoal, he cooked a lamb shoulder roast, pork ribs, chicken breast and pork neck, meat was just so juicy even when left sitting in there for any length of time. Have to admit it blew me away just how good it all was as most bbq's would have dried the meat out if it was in them for the same period. It was the smallest one they make and it costs close to $2000(60,000 baht) but if you like bbq's then it is definitely the way to go, I have a 4 burner gas bbq with a hood and I know it does not cook as good as the kamodo joe did, brilliant.
