Needed: Brine / Marinade injector - Somebody seen them here?

I need a brine injector like these, to make my cooked ham, German Kassler, etc.

If somebody really knows where, please post.

But please no speculation, like "maybe Verasu, Central, etc" (they don't sell them...for sure)....wink.png

And no, an ordinary syringe won't do the job. (compare the needles!)

thanks

Hello All, since you don't have whats in the pic's you posted,

you might just try one of these with long needle, Vet supplies?

This 60ml is from my local downtown pharmacy. Can get, but

don't need needles from a chem/med supply store here in Korat.

If you don't have, improvise.

every year in late May there's a trade show in Bangkok called Thaifex. I've seen them on sale there for the past few years. That's the only place I've seen them.

I don't think this one will do the job rice, it's not strong enough.

......

I bought a "normal" one from my vet already.

But it's the needle, which makes the difference.

The brine injector's Tip of the needle is not open, unlike the normal needles.

I guess this expo is only for the "hiso business owner" tongue.png

You have to pre-register and you need a business and and and..

And that's what I also found on their homepage:

What does "hiso business owner" even mean? that the people attending only do business as a hobby? thanks a lot. anyway it's clear that you want to put your energy into complaining and not getting that injector. Anybody with a smidgen of ingenuity could figure out how to game this system to get the pass. Enjoy grouse season.

??

What's your problem?

Why do you take it personally? Are you somehow involved into this expo?

However...I don't want to put any energy to cheat game "a system to get the pass" etc, etc., nor do I want to argue for nothing!

I just want to buy a marinade injector...not a Rocket engine.

And I'm definitely sure, there are other options than "gaming a system".

The last time I was at the Thaifex shindig I saw 2 separate stalls selling injectors from the F. Dick Company of Germany. Too bad it's impossible to get into it.
